Please be aware, the hemp crop naturally varies so no product is uniformly the same.
Our Frozen Hemp Juice cannot be returned because of the nature of the product and the specialist transport required, or refunded – unless damaged in transit.
Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We test all of our products for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our premises. We make every effort to make sure our Frozen Hemp Juice is packaged to arrive in a frozen state.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
Products other than our Frozen Hemp Juice should be returned to The Hemp Avatar, 2 Greenhayes, Dartington Devon TQ9 6JF in original condition. Unless the item is faulty, the buyer pays the return postage. Shipping costs are non refundable, unless the item is faulty. Please keep your proof of posting in case the item is lost in the post.
